Falling into Alignment: The importance of balancing your heart chakra during changing seasons

As seasons change, so do our mug colors, chakra alignments, and emotions. In honor of our newest Shine Mug, we are highlighting the Heart Chakra. This chakra is often represented by the color green, which symbolizes transformation, healing, and renewal energy. It is the fourth chakra and is called anahata, which means unhurt, unstruck, and unbeaten in Sanskrit. This chakra is a place of balance that houses unconditional love. The Heart Chakra becomes imbalanced when we are unable to forgive or hold resentment.

An open heart chakra allows us to see all of the beauty and love around us, and to embrace connection with ourselves and our surroundings. Aligning your heart chakra allows for more love, compassion, and joy, while also giving you a better ability to work through challenges in your relationships. But when it’s misaligned, you may feel anger, jealousy, or co-dependency.

As we welcome fall weather and time changes, we encourage you to take a moment, breathe, and align your heart chakra. Fill your cup with us and take a moment to reflect and refresh.
